Facebook, applicazione per tablet in lavorazione

Qualche mese fa, Mark Zuckerberg aveva detto che una applicazione Facebook per iPad non era nei pani dell’azienda, del resto il tablet Apple è un vero computer e gli utenti possono accedere, tramite Safari, alla versione “standard” del social network, senza bisogno di usare app dedicate.

A quanto pare però i piani iniziali sono cambiati perchè Facebook ha iniziato lo sviluppo di una app per tablet, non solo per iPad. Al momento non è chiaro se l’azienda pubblicherà una applicazione o solamente una versione ottimizzata del sito, è certo comunque che a Palo Alto stanno iniziando a considerare i tablet PC.

L’ottimizzazione per i tablet è una mossa naturale, questi dispositivi sono sempre più diffusi e sono sempre di più coloro che usano i tabet per navigare in rete ed accedere ai social network, anzi, strano che Zuckerberg non ci abbia pensato prima.
