Twitter con i suoi cento milioni di blogger può creare più di una difficoltà a quegli utenti che vi accedono per la prima volta e magari non sanno quali persone è meglio seguire. Se abbiamo tempo da perdere possiamo fare qualche ricerca per scovare chi ha i nostri stessi interessi, ma come procedere se si va di fretta? Ebbene, ieri su molti profili sono andati ufficialmente in vigore i “suggerimenti di Twitter“, una nuova funzionalità del blog che ti suggerisce chi è meglio seguire.

Lo strumento Suggestions for You fa riferimento a un algoritmo che analizza diversi fattori, in primo luogo chi seguiamo e chi ci segue, indirizzandoci verso gli utenti che hanno interessi o amici in comune, in maniera simile a quanto visto su Facebook. Poi tocca a noi decidere se cliccare su follow (segui) o su hide (nascondi).

Si accede ai suggerimenti di twitter cliccando su “cerca persone” in alto a destra e poi sulla scheda “suggestion for you”. Attenzione però, perchè questa funzionalità al momento non è disponibile per tutti i profili. I twitteri di casa nostra dovranno avere ancora un po’ di pazienza.
