Trip Shake: un social network per viaggiare

Si tratta della società Trip Shake Limited, una società con due soci fondatori italiani ed uno svizzero con sede a Londra ed uffici siti in Milano e Lugano. Si, proprio questa azienda in meno di un anno di vita ha fatto nascere e sviluppato il social network dedicato ai viaggi: Trip Shake. Le possibilità date da questo network per i propri utenti sono tante, a partire dall’informazione gratuita sugli hotel, sui ristoranti e sulle pensioni, fino ad arrivare all’utilizzo di un motore di ricerca con molteplici filtri per trovare sempre ciò di cui si necessita in caso di viaggi e spostamenti. Un social network per confrontarsi con Tripadvisor oppure con Expedia, un social network per un viaggiare 2.0 e per i viaggiatori 2.0 che non vogliono mai partire e trovarsi alla sprovvista. Il network però non trascura di far parte di una società dedicata al business e quindial suo interno propone anche una serie di servizi (a pagamento mensile con 50 euro di canone per l’attivazione di minisiti tematici dedicati) curati da agenzie di viaggio ed hotel stessi. Trip Shake, però secondo i fondatori nasce come una realtà che vuole dedicarsi ai viaggiatori, per evitare che ci si trovi delle sorprese all’arrivo. Idea non proprio rivoluzionaria ma definita dai suoi fondatori una via di mezzo tra Google e Facebook, una sorta di amico fidato e con esperienza per consigliarsi sui viaggi, basato sul fai da te ed evitando la trafila tra guide turistiche e pacchetti viaggio proposti dai tour operator. Il co fondatore di Trip Shake, Giorgio Montersino, ha dichiarato a “Il Sole 24 Ore”, che: “Stiamo costruendo i meccanismi di crescita e avviando le iniziative di promozione. TripShake punta a diventare lo strumento di riferimento per i viaggiatori che vogliono organizzare in proprio i loro viaggi sul Web e con l’aiuto dei professionisti del settore e prevediamo che possa crescere in modo regolare nei prossimi mesi fino a raggiungere 500mila membri registrati in Italia e oltre due milioni nel mondo”. Fatto sta che i 10.000 visitatori italiani che il sito ha avuto dal mese di Marzo sono un dato interessante dato che la versione italiana del network è in fase “alpha”.
