Il caso Social TV (parte 1)

Dopo l’attacco subito dall’Auditel relativamente agli ascolti TV non proprio chiari per il “troppo ridotto” filtro di spettatori, ecco che scoppia l’ulteriore caso delle web TV, ma soprattutto delle nuove Social TV. Questo nuovo prodotto del web, che andrebbe secondo gli esperti a sostituire il vecchio scatolone domestico tra una decina d’anni, sarebbe finalmente la risposta definitiva ai problemi di audience, ascolti e soprattutto di tempo degli spettatori. La televisione, oggi è molto dipendente dal mondo del web.

 

Esempio principale per comprendere come i due canali ormai abbiano una correlazione diretta è sicuramente “Servizio Pubblico”, il programma di Michele Santoro, che vive ancora grazie al mondo del web e che soprattutto riesce a ricevere tanti feedback, quasi più del resto delle trasmissioni. Ma con gli esempi potremmo andare avanti ancora per molto, considerando anche il lavoro che ha svolto Fiorello con il continuo “Tweeting” e quindi basando la raccolta di un pubblico giovanile soprattutto sui canali di social networking.

 

Il programma televisivo diventa quindi sempre più Social e non si limita più ad avere una “passiva” pagina fan su Facebook, oppure di pubblicare stati di aggiornamento, ma si spinge oltre, fino ad avere alle spalle una realtà redazionale che cura i contributi e soprattutto cerca di generare un rapporto di fiducia con lo spettatore per farlo diventare affezionato.

 

I social network dal loro canto, si stanno adeguando lanciando una serie di piattaforme multicanale che possono aiutare i produttori (anche minori) di contenuti per Social TV e di conseguenza, anche avere un certo numero di spettatori sempre on line perché interessati al rapporto di dialogo che si trova dietro la semplice telecamera. Le tecnologie stanno quindi aumentando tantissimo la spinta sull’evoluzione per la Social TV e sempre più canali ed applicazioni on line possono essere considerate già pronte al passaggio nel nuovo millennio mediale. Nel prossimo post, vedremo qualche esempio dettagliato.
