Social network in Italia: situazione politica pressante

L’aggressione a Silvio Berlusconi, sta portando dei riscontri nel modo di vivere i social network in Italia, che sembrano voler modificare le attuali modalità. La proposta di decreto Legge fatta qualche giorno fa sulla regolamentazione dei social network è stata trasformata in disegno di Legge

 

 A presentare questo provvedimento sarebbe il Senatore dello stesso PdL, Raffaele Lauro. Il Senatore, propone in questo disegno di voler punire chiunque sui social network istiga a commettere degli atti pericolosi contro la vita e contro l’incolumità delle persone.

 

Questo reato già presente per chi istiga nel “reale”, passerebbe la sua pena nel campo dei social network da 3 a 12 anni. Probabilmente l’idea del controllo diretto su una possibile chiusura tutto sembrava troppo complicata da seguire, in questo modo invece, risulta più semplice applicare un controllo delle comunicazioni.

 

Lauro ha dichiarato che: “L’aggressione a Berlusconi ha evidenziato la necessità di intervenire sul fenomeno diffuso, caratterizzato da esortazioni alla violenza e all’aggressione mediante discorsi, scritti e interventi che, in virtù delle moderne tecnologie informatiche, riescono ad acquisire una rilevanza mediatica significativa…Internet in primis…Il legislatore non può più attendere. . Ecco perchè, insieme con questo disegno di legge ho presentato una mozione parlamentare, già sottoscritta da più di 50 senatori, di maggioranza e di opposizione, per discutere, al più presto, nell’aula del Senato, in un confronto con il governo, di cultura informatica e degli effetti perversi derivanti dall’uso patologico, da parte di giovani e giovanissimi, del cellulare, e delle conseguenze nei rapporti genitori-figli e sulle istituzioni scolastiche“.

However think about if you added some great pictures or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”!
