L’importanza della qualità social per le aziende (parte 1)

Oggi vi parliamo di un importante argomento legato alla qualità dei servizi che le aziende possono legare ai social network ed al loro Social Media Marketing. Uno dei punti di riferimento del mondo del Web 2.0 è legato sicuramente ad una serie di fattori che portano l’utente a fare delle scelte e soprattutto selezionare i punti di riferimento dei propri aspetti.

 

Con il passare del tempo e con l’aumento dei contenuti on line da parte delle aziende, è sorta la necessità e la possibilità da parte dell’utente di filtrare i propri contenuti anche e soprattutto in base alla qualità degli stessi. Per questo motivo, la relazione tra fidelizzazione e qualità attraverso i social network si potenzia e rende maggiore giustizia a chi “lavora bene”. Importante quindi è quello di avere dei forti must operativi all’interno dell’azienda per far si che i contenuti siano “perfetti” per il nostro social fans. Esaminiamo in dettaglio quali sono i principali aspetti di questo movimento di influenza nei confronti del nostro lettore abituale e nuovo per customizzarlo e portarlo al nostro capezzale.

 

In primis analizziamo forse uno dei tre punti fondamentali di questo passaggioqualitativo social che è la tecnologia di utilizzo. In primo ordine, come discutono buona parte dei siti web legati al mondo delle aziende, non si deve far si che un sito web nasca già morto e quindi di conseguenza che abbia la staticità della vecchia “vetrina”. Questi siti “alla vecchia maniera” che nulla hanno a che fare con il mondo del social networking (anche se riportano spesso i link di queste aziende a Facebook o Twitter), non sono per nulla validi dal punto di vista di una realtà business che vuole attuare una campagna di social media marketing, soprattutto perché non permette all’utente la scelta ponderata di un prodotto condiviso e soprattutto discusso. Questo il primo step fondamentale…vedremo poi il resto.
