Aumenta sempre più la necessità di pubblicizzarsi, in un periodo in cui sembra l’unico modo per andare avanti nell’ambito commerciale. Una buona struttura economica, poi ha il giusto “dovere” di comunicare con i propri clienti nel modo giusto, ed anche nel mondo dell’hospitality, si è cercato di identificare i punti cardine dell’accoglienza e delle relazioni legate proprio ai social network. Se n’è parlato durante un seminario organizzato a Cuneo dal Cônitours, che prenderà il nome di “Social media marketing hotel”.

Gli organizzatori del convegno, hanno spiegato che: “Internet sta subendo una profonda e violenta evoluzione, da vetrina virtuale a strumento di interazione e comunicazione. I consumatori hanno cambiato il modo di relazionarsi con le aziende: grazie alla possibilità di interagire aumenta anche la capacità delle persone di alimentare un passaparola dirompente e decisamente pervasivo sui prodotti e servizi che acquistano. Il seminario guiderà gli operatori nel mondo dei social network, attraverso un percorso sistematico che li aiuti a comprendere al meglio l’importanza delle potenzialità delle relazioni supportate dalla tecnologia”.

A tenere cattedra è il dottor Alfredo Monetti, esperto di social network e laureato in Economia Aziendale presso l’Università di Bologna. L’importanza dei social network in questa giornata, verterà soprattutto riguardo alle strategie utilizzate per migliorare il passaparola positivo tra gli utenti basandosi sul “potere” di questo mezzo di comunicazione, creando così una piazza virtuale che trasforma i contenuti pubblicati ed il tempo speso on line in un interessante profitto sia economico che di immagine sulla propria struttura alberghiera.

Durante la giornata, si analizzeranno alcuni case history presi a riferimento proprio dal Monetti, per i quali ha lavorato in questi anni di aumento della presenza del social networking nelle vite degli utenti / clienti delle strutture.
Anche il turismo, quindi prevede un incremento maggiore passando per i social network e chiave di volta del settore dovrebbero essere anche le applicazioni social su smartphone.
