Project Titan, l’hub di Facebook

Mentre scriviamo è in corso un evento tenuto da Mark Zuckerberg in persona, il CEO e fondatore di Facebook sta parlando di Project Titan, che, contrariamente a quanto vi avevamo annunciato anche noi, non è un servizio email.

Non si tratta di una casella di posta elettronica, ma di un gigantesco hub dove potremo ricevere messaggi, notifiche, inviti e comunicazioni di ogni genere.

Ogni utenti avrà a disposizione un indirizzo breve tipo del tipo [email protected] dove confluiranno i messaggi privati, gli inviti ad eventi, le notifiche, solamente per fare degli esempi.

Project Titan (nome non definitivo) sostituirà in tutto e per tutto il classico sistema dei messaggi e renderà la nostra casella di posta più social, permettendo di interagire con altri utenti e di condividere qualsiasi altro contenuto.

Al momento non è chiaro se la nuova feature sostituirà anche la storica (e malfunzionante) chat di Facebook o se questa rimarrà comunque presente all’interno del social network.

Restate con noi, perchè presto vi aggiorneremo su tutte le novità relative a Titan, il nuovo progetto di Facebook destinato ad entrare nella storia del web (Mark Zuckerberg punta decisamente in alto).

  11. After I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new
    comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment.
    There has to be a means you can remove me from that service?

  16. When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get three e-mails with the same comment.
    Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
