Insomma, questione che inizia ad essere finalmente più definita, fermo restando che tutto è a norma di legge. Tutti gli utenti che verranno colpiti dalle nuove rimodulazioni Fastweb, infatti, come si legge dalla normativa potranno recedere senza pagare penali nel caso in cui fossero state contemplate nel proprio contratto al momento della sottoscrizione della tariffa.

Di sicuro c’è una certa delusione, non tanto per l’importo riguardante gli aumenti in questione, quanto perché le rimodulazioni Fastweb di cui si è parlato tanto in queste settimane vanno a smentire lo slogan “niente come prima“. Lì non si faceva esplicito riferimento all’addio agli aumenti, ma in tanti ci avevano fatto un pensierino in tal senso.
