Planking su Facebook, la prima vittima in Australia

Facebook ha dato vita a nuove mode, alcune divertenti come quella di fotografarsi sdraiati a faccia in giù, altre più pericolose come il planking, che ha le stesse regole, solo che per partecipare al gioco bisogna sdraiarsi in posti pericolosi e poi condividere le immagini su Facebook. Più alto è il rischio, più cresce la popolarità su Facebook, tanto che in Australia si è già registrata la prima vittima.

A Brisbane, un ragazzo di appena 20 anni è precipitato dal settimo piano di casa sua mentre era intento a farsi fotografare da un amico. Acton Beal, questo il nome del ragazzo, si era sdraiato sulla ringhiera del balcone quando ha perso l’equilibrio ed è caduto giù. Quando sono arrivati i soccorsi, per lui era già troppo tardi.

Il tasso di pericolosità del planking è paragonabile a quella di molti sport estremi, e ogni giorno si registrano nuovi incidenti.
