Continuiamo il nostro programmare un piano di social media marketing passando dalla focalizzazione avuta al nostro interno e sulla nostra struttura di base, a quello che c’è fuori, ovvero all’obiettivo finale del nostro lavoro: il cliente. Questo in linguaggio tecnico dal punto di vista del marketing si chiama “attacco emozionale”, ed è quello che ogni azienda che fa un piano di social media marketing pone all’inizio del suo studio per mettere al centro del suo lavoro il cliente, per portarlo nella propria scuderia e far si che ne sia contento.

 

Per far questo, il cliente si aspetta che il discorso posto dall’eventuale Social Media Manager, sia completo e che soddisfi tutte le sue richieste. Lui porrà attenzione al discorso, solo se poi in un momento successivo, si avrà la possibilità di avere focalizzata l’attenzione degli utenti ch’egli desiderava sul web, verso di lui.

 

Altro esempio per comprendere di cosa stiamo parlando nei confronti dell’attacco emozionale è quello ad esempio del supporto dell’azienda. Il cliente vuole sentirsi supportato in ogni momento e quindi dal punto di vista del web, sarà importante per noi sfruttare le nostre competenze di supporto e post vendita, ad esempio, tenendo sotto controllo tutti i commenti negativi che potrebbero essere diretti al cliente, oppure andando a censurare quelli osceni, o ancora andando a rispondere in tempo per i quesiti che vengono posti sul web nei tempi morti, proprio come il sabato e la domenica.

 

Importante per l’attacco emozionale al cliente, sono anche il coraggio e la fiducia dello stesso e per lo stesso. Molte aziende tentano di fare una politica di pricing per acquisire il cliente, ma molto spesso dimenticano di tener presente delle spese vive che il cliente ci farà avere per il suo supporto. Ricordate che il cliente una volta preso, non è mai per sempre.
