People Sound: il social network del cellulare

Buongiorno Italia ha lanciato ufficialmente il social network per chi usa esclusivamente il cellulare: People Sound. Questo esclusivo social network che da la possibiliità di creare una rete personale di sole 20 persone, è pensato esclusivamente per la condivisione vera e costante delle amicizie.
Per l’utilizzo non è necessario avere un personal computer disposto di collegamento ad Internet oppure uno smart phone di ultima generazione con connessioni GPRS, WAP o cos’altro. Basta un cellulare che utilizzi il noto linguaggio degli SMS. Secondo le statistiche rinvenute dagli ideatori, oltre l’80% della popolazione italiana utilizza gli SMS con semplicità e frequenza. L’altra faccia della medaglia, invece, quella delle tariffe di collegamento ad Internet per il cellulare risulta ancora proibitiva per molti. Da oggi, con PeopleSound, dimostrare il proprio status sarà semplice proprio perchè sarà il semplice invio di un SMS dove l’utente potrà scrivere cosa sta facendo in quel momento ed i suoi “esclusivi” 20 contatti potranno commentarlo. L’evoluzione fatta da Buongiorno per PeopleSound, viene dalla beta di Blinko, idea lanciata qualche tempo fa di realizzare il primo social network interamente basato sul mondo del mobile. La differenza che fa PeopleSound nei confronti dei social network più comuni per PC, sta nel fatto che molte delle relazioni strette tramite PC, sono sommarie e molto spesso poco stabili, basate soprattutto sul fare numero. Invece, la possibilità (limite) proposta dal “piccolino” di casa Buongiorno, permette un contatto con i propri contatti più stretto e continuativo. L’SMS, torna quindi sulla cresta dell’onda anche nell’ambito sociale oltre che in quello informativo per cui viene attualmente utilizzato.

A questo, Andrea Casalini, CEO di Buongiorno ha aggiunto: “Lavoriamo con oltre 120 operatori telefonici nel mondo da quasi 10 anni: quando abbiamo deciso di entrare nell’affollato mondo dei social network, è stata una scelta naturale quella di utilizzare il cellulare come piattaforma, con le sue logiche universali, comunicative e di diffusione e condivisione di contenuti quali la musica, foto e video. Scelta che si è rivelata da subito vincente e differenziante rispetto all’offerta sul mercato”.
