Un nuovo accordo all’orizzonte. Parliamo di due realtà molto grandi che stanno per fondere le proprie sinergie per creare qualcosa di nuovo. Il portale di social networking MySpace, che ultimamente è stato al centro di questioni economicamente non proprio piacevoli, e dal risvolto sempre più multimediale, sembra stia realizzando una trattativa con lo staff management del servizio di streaming on line iMeem, anch’esso non proprio in acque felici.

 

 

 
Purtroppo anche iMeem come MySpace ha vissuto un periodo particolare con una necessità di finanziamenti importante per evitare che la mancanza di fondi diventi causa della chiusura del network stesso.

 

 

 
Le due realtà prese distintamente, non si pronunciano ancora, però molti rumors vicini ad entrambe le realtà, parlano di una trattativa già avviata da tempo, che anzi, si avvicina alle fasi finali.

 

 
Il tutto si avvicina molto, alla missione fatta dal CEO di iMeem Dalton Caldwell, che in questi giorni è stato visto per le strade di New York, a cercare dei nuovi investitori tra i big del Web, dopo che la società sembri aver terminato tutti i soldi che le partnership con le precedenti major avevano investito.

 

 

 
La situazione quindi è di difficile comprensorio. Da un lato un portale in cerca di resurrezione, dall’altra iMeem, una realtà complicata con una necessità veramente importante di recuperare soldi ed in una situazione alquanto difficile perchè con l’attuale reputazione non può permettersi di elargire una interessante pubblicità sul proprio conto. Anzi, sembra proprio che il suo nome non sia stato gradito ai molti ai quali l’offerta è stata presentata.

 

 
Dalle fonti economiche, si rileva che gli streaming musicali legati ad advertising integrato, non hanno pagato bene a partire dalle major e quindi la società aveva contato fino ad oggi su soldi che in realtà non c’erano. Caldwell, si aspettava un mucchio di quattrini che non sono mai entrati nelle proprie casse. Di seguito, sembra che la partnership proposta da MySpace (seppure attualmente non è un network economicamente ricco in se per se), sembra essere l’ultima chances possibile per iMeem prima di doversi dimettere dal mercato del web.
