Mark Zuckerberg è uno degli uomini peggio vestiti del mondo, su questo non ci sono dubbi. In particolare il fondatore di Facebook indossa sempre un paio di ciabatte Adidas fin dai tempi del college. Possiamo dire che ormai le ciabatte fanno parte del personaggio Mark Zuckerberg, così come i maglioncini neri a collo alto rimandano immediatamente alla figura di Steve Jobs.

La seconda leggenda invece narra che Zuck passasse ore ed ore chiuso nella sua camer del college (come abbiamo visto che nel film The Social Network) e per questo cercava una comoda alternativa alle scarpe. Da qui la scelta di acquistare delle ciabatte da mare. Perchè proprio Adidas? Perchè, sempre secondo una nota tesi, Zuck non aveva molti soldi ai tempi e questa era la marca più economica che aveva trovato.

Infine, la terza e ultima ipotesi, decisamente fantasiosa, indica che Zuck gira in ciabatte per far capire che noi essere umani possiamo essere social, condividendo praticamente tutto con gli altri, anche le dita dei piedi, una parte del corpo generalmente non bellissima e che quasi tutti noi cerchiamo di tenere nascosta il più possibile.

Sinceramente, tra queste, la prima ipotesi è forse la più probabile, mentre le altre sembrano inventate di sana pianta, la terza in particolare è davvero poco credibile.
