Mark Zuckerberg: escluso dalla classifica dei 40 uomini più ricchi

Sino a quattro mesi fa Mark Zuckerberg, il giovane CEO del social network più celebre al mondo, sembrava destinato ad avanzare nella classifica dei 40 uomini più ricchi al mondo grazie, in maniera particolare, all’allora imminente quotazione in borsa di Facebook.

Mark Zuckerberg era infatti entrato a far parte dell’elenco degli uomini più facoltosi presenti sul globo terrestre potendo contare anche sul titolo di giovane più ricco al mondo.

Oggi, invece, contrariamente a quello che sino a qualche tempo addietro avrebbero pensato in molti, il giovane CEO si ritrova tagliato completamente fuori dall’elenco dei papeorni stilato da Bloomberg e di certo l’esordio non esattamente ottimale di Facebook in borsa ha inciso notevolmente in tal senso.

Considerando infatti la discesa, quasi inesorabile, del valore delle azioni di Facebook l’effetto restituito è stato praticamente contrario a quello precedentemente pronosticato e Mark Zuckerberg è uscito quindi dalla classifica delle 40 persone più facoltose dell’intero globo terrestre.

Il 18 maggio dello scorso anno Mark Zuckerberg era infatti in possesso di ben 19,4 miliardi di dollari ed oggi, invece, ne rimangono 14,7, una cifra questa che risulta comunque di tutto rispetto ma che, a quanto pare, non è sufficiente a far rientrare il CEO del social network in blu nella classifica e tutto, o quasi, a causa dell’esordio in borsa di Facebook che è stato addirittura commentato da Bloomberg come “il peggior esordio in Borsa degli ultimi 1 anni”.

Non è un caso, quindi, che secondo il parere di Eric Jackson tra le prime società destinate a scomparire dal web vi sarà Facebook seppur alla base non vi siano motivazioni di carattere prettamente economico.

Se ce la farà Mark Zuckerberg a recuperare ed a risalire nuovamente la classifica questo è tutto da vedere ma fatto sta che, nonostante ciò, può sempre continuare a contare su un patrimonio che appare come di tutto rispetto.
