Mark Zuckerberg CEO più amato dai dipendenti di Facebook

Anche questa volta, come oramai da tradizione, il sito web Glassdoor ha stilato la sua classifica annuale di coloro che vanno a configurarsi come i CEO (per esteso Chief Executive Officer), ovvero quella figura che sta alla guida di un’intera azienda, più amati dai loro dipendenti.

Stando a quelli che sono stati i voti espressi sulla stessa piattaforma, dopo Eric Schmidt, nel 2011, e dopo Tim Cook, nel 2012, quest’anno è Mark Zuckerberg ad occupare il primo posto in classifica, piazzandosi direttamente davanti all’accoppiata alla guida di SAP, Bill McDermott e Jim Hagemann Snabe, e a Dominic Barton di McKinsey & Company, e facendo proprio l’importante e lusinghiero titolo di amministraotre delegato più apprezzato dai propri dipendenti.

La percentuale di preferenze riscossa dal giovane fondatore del social network in blu è pari al 99%, una cifra questa davvero notevole e che sta ad indicare chiaramente come, per quanto non esattamente attendibile possa essere la classifica, i dipendentidi Facebook approvano ogni singola mossa, o quasi, del loro CEO.

Quindi, dopo svariati anni di attività Mark Zuckerberg ha finalmente raggiunto, con Facebook, importanti obiettivi nonostante i risultati inizialmente non positivi dopo la quotazione in borsa recuperati grazie all’introduzione e all’annuncio di diverse novità come, ad esempio, la Timeline rinnovata, il motore di ricerca Graph Search e molto altro ancora.

Buon punteggio anche per Larry Page, il CEO di Google, che va a piazzarsi all’undicesimo posto nella classifica totale con un buon 95%, mentre Tim Cook, l’amministratore delegato di Apple, scende dal 97% del 2012 all’attuale 93%, un dato questo che indica come il CEO di Cupertino abbia ottenuto un minor grado di approvazione da parte dei propri dipendenti passando inoltre dalla prima posizione del 2012 alla diciottesima.

Anche il CEO di Amazon, Jeff Bezos, ha ottenuto un buon punteggio con il 93% delle preferenze andandosi a piaccare al sedicesimo posto in classifica.
