Mania retrosexual: quando ritrovare l’ex su Facebook è una vera seccatura

Su Facebook è scoppiata la mania di ritrovare l’ex fidanzato o l’ex fidanzata. Questo fenomeno chiamato “retrosexual”, consiste nel riprendere i contatti con un vecchio amore, sfruttando l’immediatezza del social network che rende possibile inviare una richiesta d’amicizia con un semplice click. In alcuni casi, pare che sia rinata l’amicizia, in altri addirittura è scoppiato nuovamente l’amore.

La mania retrosexual è legata alla voglia di tornare giovani, alla ricerca di felicità idealizzate. Alle volte però, ritrovare l’ex su Facebook può rivelarsi una vera seccatura. E’ possibile che il rapporto si sia interrotto in maniera brusca, e che non si voglia rivedere l’ex nemmeno in fotografia (incluso l’avatar), ma per una forma di cortesia abbiamo accettato la sua richiesta di amicizia, ritrovandoci la casella di posta intasata da mails, strane applicazioni, appuntamenti, e inviti ad eventi ai quali “magari si può andare insieme”. Per evitare che il retrosexual degeneri, dando luogo a situazioni spiacevoli, il consiglio che danno gli psicologi è semplicissimo: indicare sempre il proprio stato civile nel blocco delle informazioni.

Pare infatti che gran parte degli utenti di Facebook sia piuttosto restia ad indicare se si è impegnati in una relazione o sposati, barrando quasi sempre la casella “single”, anche se vicini alle nozze d’argento.

Il motivo? Nessuno lo dice.
Chissà, magari questa voglia di tornare giovani, questa ricerca della felicità non c’entra niente col retrosexual. Voi che ne pensate?
