Mafia Wars: le critiche sociologiche

Non tutti sono molto contenti del fatto che sui social network come Facebook ci si svaghi con dei social game come Mafia Wars oppure Sacra Corona Unita Games. L’idea principale che si sta sviluppando negli ultimi periodi, creando sempre più gruppi su Facebook a sfavore di questi giochi è che l’utilizzo di questi giochi può essere dannoso sotto certi effetti per lo più educativi. Il “giocare con la Mafia“, non ha nulla di morale, soprattutto quando qualcuno si fa prendere dalla leggerezza durante il gioco e rivive poi all’esterno quella condizione di superiorità inesistenti.
Secondo quanto comunicato da alcuni di questi gruppi, viene in questi giochi utilizzata la libertà sul moralismo che fa perdere il senso del reale. Soprattutto viene accusato lo stesso Facebook di essere incoerente con se stesso perchè non avrebbe senso tenere in piedi un gioco dove si trovano mafiosi, giudici e pentiti, proprio come Mafia Wars e poi chiudere tutti i gruppi a favore dei mafiosi, come successe tempo addietro con il caso Toto Riina. L’utlimo social games che ha fatto innescare questa polemica è prorio quello che si chiama “Sacra Corona Unita”, un forum dove tramite scontri a fuoco si può diventare boss della Mafia pugliese.


Da Facebook si tenta di espandere un nuovo gioco, e cioè “Paga il Pizzo“, social games dove bisogna diventare “Camorristi virtuali” che sembra essere stato chiuso immediatamente dopo l’apertura perchè si poteva minacciare gli amici virtuali dopo aver fatto un addestramento. Il problema identificato è di tipo sociologico, perchè secondo staff di esperti, il vero problema è questi alimentano in maniera equivoca l’idea di come diventare mafiosi, mostrandoli come uomini duri e soprattutto coraggiosi pronti a fare tutto e soprattutto che vivono nel lusso di fare ciò che vogliono.

Un prossimo errore della cultura virtuale se non si cerca subito di mettere in chiaro che l’idea di legalità è portante per il bene comune.
