Lift, social network dello spirito

I social network per la loro essenza legata al mondo dell’apparenza e dell’estetica, sono legati soprattutto ad immagini personali molto vistose, oltre che a quella buona fetta di esibizionismo che poco manca agli utenti del social network in blue. Oggi parliamo però di una nuova possibilità offerta agli utenti del web, che vede una inversione di tendenza negli utilizzi e soprattutto che potrebbe far cambiare il modo di vedere i social networking.

 

Protagonista di questa soluzione nuove è Obvious, la nuova società aperta da circa un paio di mesi, dai due co fondatori del social network Twitter, Biz Stone e Evan Williams. Questi ultimi, hanno svelato qualche dettaglio sul nuovo social network a cui stanno lavorando. Anche se non amano chiamarlo proprio social network, ma lo descrivono come:

 

“un’interessante applicazione che libera il potenziale umano attraverso stimoli positivi”,

 

il progetto Lift, è visto da Stone come una rivincita e proprio ieri ha pubblicato qualche informazione sul suo blog personale.
Non si conoscono quindi i dettagli di come funzioni questo nuovo social network, se non che l’obiettivo principale per cui si è lavorato è quello di infondere un nuovo coraggio, oltre che di rinforzare l’indole e l’animo umano. Un social network che va oltre l’apparenza praticamente. L’applicazione esiste attualmente su invito ed è ancora molto lontana dal mercato pubblico secondo quando diffuso da Tony Stubblebine, cofondatore di Lift assieme a Jon Crosby.

 

I nomi di cui si è parlato sono noti al pubblico oltre che per Twitter, anche per essere presenti nei nomi delle descrizioni di nascita delle start-up della Silicon Valley.

 

Attualmente Obvious, è il primo sostenitore reale del progetto Lift dal punto di vista della “strategia, progettazione, reclutamento del personale e dal punto di vista finanziario”, ma questo non gratis, semplicemente in cambio di una quota interessante del nuovo social network che serve per migliorare lo spirito.

  2. I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?

  19. The subsequent time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I do know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have one thing interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you happen to werent too busy searching for attention.
