Kill The Suocera, un libro nato su Twitter

Di blog che diventano libri ce ne sono tanti, forse troppi, tanto che quella che ieri ci sembrava una novità, oggi sa di vecchio. Più interessante, anche se certamente più difficile da gestire, è il passaggio dai brevi messaggi da 140 caratteri che costituiscono l’ossatura dei microblog di Twitter, al libro vero e proprio.

Un esperimento simile l’aveva compiuto un anno fa Matt Stewart, scrittore di San Francisco. L’uomo non riusciva a trovare un editore interessato al suo romanzo, così l’aveva riversato interamente su Twitter, in piccole parti ognuna da 140 caratteri.

In Italia, invece, ci ha provato Scrip, pseudonimo dietro cui si nasconde Ermanno Ferretti, professore di storia e filosofia, padre di famiglia, e appassionato di informatica e social media. Con la differenza che Scrip ha fatto esattamente l’opposto di Matt Stewart, cioè ha riversato in un libro dal titolo “Kill The Suocera” più di 1100 tweetts che parlano di sopravvivenza familiare, insomma di come destreggiarsi con pupo, moglie, ma soprattutto con la temutissima suocera, autentico spauracchio di ogni marito e papà.

Questi e altri tweets fanno parte di Kill The Suocera, un libro che per metà è una raccolta di aforismi, e per l’altra metà un manuale di sopravvivenza. Il libro infatti contiene varie chicche in appendice, tra cui un glossario per decifrare il linguaggio del bimbo e il decalogo della suocera. Insomma una lettura agile e divertente, consigliatissima come regalo per la festa della mamma, e di conseguenza anche della suocera, ma solo se dotata di grandissimo senso dell’umorismo.
