La7 su YouTube

La7 ha stretto un accordo con Google per la pubblicazione di programmi TV sul sito di video sharing YouTube. La7 dispone dal 2005 di un canale YouTube dove vengono pubblicati spezzoni dei programmi più famosi, in genere brevi clip della durata di pochi minuti.

Nei prossimi mesi invece l’anima del canale YouTube cambierà radicalmente e La7 proporrà programmi interi, alcuni trasmessi anche in diretta streaming. Inoltre, anche l’archivio con le trasmissioni degli scorsi anni sarà pubblicato su YouTube, se l’esperimento della TV online si rivelerà un successo.

Su YouTube sarà possibile vedere, in versione integrale e completa, le puntate dei programmi più popolari della rete di proprietà di Telecom Italia Media. Qualche nome? Otto e Mezzo, L’infedele di Gad Lerner, le puntate storiche de Le Invasioni barbariche, Victor Victoria, Exit con Ilaria D’Amico, Omnibus, oltre ovviamente a tutte le edizioni del telegiornale.

Proprio il TG inaugurerà il nuovo canale YouTube di La7. Dal 30 agosto infatti sarà possibile vedere, in diretta streaming, l’edizione serale del nuovo telegiornale della rete, diretto da Enrico Mentana. E questo è solo l’inizio…

La7 e YouTube uniscono le proprie forze per creare un canale multimediale aggiornato e completo, con uno stile vicino a quello delle grandi reti televisive internazionali, come Fox e CNN, che da anni pubblicano e trasmettono contenuti in streaming sulla rete, con enorme successo. Il canale di La7 potrebbe ospitare, in futuro, anche trasmissioni realizzate esclusivamente per il web. Per questo però ci vorrà del tempo, attualmente la rete vuole concentrare il lavoro sulla trasposizione web dei contenuti già esistenti nel formato TV tradizionale.

Riuscirà La7 ad imporsi in un settore difficile ed in forte crescita, come quello delle web TV multimediali? In Italia l’esperimento di Rai.tv è riuscito perfettamente. La televisione di stato pubblica tutte le trasmissioni andate in onda sui canali RAI sul portale web, visibili sia in streaming che in differita, anche in alta definizione HD.

Sarà dura riuscire a battere un colosso come la RAI, ma il nuovo canale YouTube di La7 merita di essere tenuto d’occhio…
