La Polizia di Stato su Facebook e YouTube con l’Agente Lisa

In occasione del 157° anniversario della fondazione della Polizia di Stato italiana, è stata annunciata una simpatica iniziativa che ha lo scopo di avvicinare la popolazione al dialogo con gli Organi di Stato, e nel caso specifico all’Organo di Polizia. Questo perchè molto spesso il rapporto con le Istituzioni di Sicurezza è difficile e crea disagi al benessere sociale. Lo slogan utilizzato per il lancio di questo evento è : “C’è più sicurezza insieme“. L’evento è l’immissione nel noto social network Facebook dell’Agente Lisa, un agente virtuale / reale che nasce su Facebook come utente, avendo poi la sua pagina ufficiale e condividendo anche su YouTube il proprio canale video.
La prima fase di sperimentazione è stata avviata pochi giorni fa con discreto successo.

La presenza dell’Agente è voluta per raggiungere soprattutto i giovani e farli rendere conto di quanto il tema sicurezza sia importante per il bene proprio e comune. Il discreto risultato di successo è verificabile soprattutto con le circa 900 richieste di amicizia avute in poche ore. Inoltre la Polizia di Stato, per rafforzare la sua presenza on-line ha lanciato anche un nuovo Canale YouTube che mostra (ad oggi unicamente) una serie di filmati della Festa della Polizia dell’anno 2009 e tanti link che corrispondono ai siti web della Polizia di Stato.

Ricordiamo per completezza informativa, che comunque la comunicazione con il corpo di Polizia on-line attraverso Facebook non è la prima iniziativa, perchè il progetto di comunicazione on-line era stato già avviato da tempo utilizzando un account di MSN Messenger.

Il Direttore dell’Ufficio Relazioni Esterne del dipartimento di Pubblica Sicurezza, Maurizio Masciopinto ha dichiarato a riguardo che: “E’ un nuovo modo di rapportarsi con i cittadini fatto di ascolto, condivisione e complicità per un’istituzione che lavora a contatto con la gente. Di qui le iniziative organizzate di recente sui temi dell’immigrazione, della prevenzione dalle droghe, della sicurezza stradale e gli incontri con i giovani e gli universitari”.
