Utilizzando Instagram ora agli utenti viene offerta la possibilità di girare dei brevi filmati della durata minima di 3 secondi e di quella massima di 15, di applicarvi uno tra i 13 filtri disponibili così come da tradizione per la celebre app fotografica e di condividere la propria clip con tutti gli altri utilizzatori della celebre applicazione e su varie risorse di social networking.

Non è un caso quindi che Kevin Systrom, il co-fondatore di Instagram, abbia dichiarato sul palco dell’evento fissato da Facebook “tutto quello che avete sempre amato su Instagram ora si muove“.

La nuova funzione che consente di fare video su Instagram è disponibile sia per device iOS sia per device Android. Nel caso specifico degli smartphone Android tutte le versioni della piattaforma mobile di Google possono riprodurre i video girati con Instagram ma l’acquisizione è attualmente supportata soltanto sui dispositivi con Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) e versioni successive.
