iCloud iPhone 7 vulnerabili ad attacchi hacker: arriva una replica ufficiale

Sono novità importanti quelle emerse in questi giorni direttamente da Apple per quanto riguarda le notizie sugli account iCloud iPhone 7 vulnerabili a potenziali attacchi hacker, con il colosso di Cupertino addirittura vittima di ricatti da parte di un gruppo di sviluppatori indipendenti.

Come spesso avviene in questi casi, la mela morsicata ha ritenuto opportuno condividere con i propri utenti una nota ufficiale, per spegnere sul nascere timori che a suo modo di vedere non hanno ragione d’esistere e soprattutto per dare maggiore tranquillità ad un pubblico poco abituato a fronteggiare problemi di sicurezza:

“Non ci sono state violazioni della sicurezza nei sistemi Apple, incluso iCloud e Apple ID. La presunta lista di indirizzi mail e password sembra essere stata ottenuta attraverso la compromissione di altri siti di terze parti. […] Apple monitora costantemente l’accesso non autorizzato agli account degli utenti e sta lavorando con le forze dell’ordine per identificare i criminali coinvolti”.

Insomma, la situazione fino a qualche ore fa appariva piuttosto seria, ma la presa di posizione ufficiale da parte di Apple dovrebbe mettere tutti al riparo da spiacevoli sorprese. Staremo a vedere a questo punto quali saranno i futuri risvolti di una storia destinata a far parlare ancora di sé.
