Flash e social network sempre più vicini

In principio fu You Tube, adesso si apre a nuovi orizzonti di diffusione per i social network. Stiamo parlando di Flash, che mentre da un lato è in piena guerra con Microsoft che sta cercando di sfidarlo grazie al lancio di Silverlight, dall’altro canto cerca di mettersi di nuovo al centro della scena insieme a Facebook et similia.
Durante il IAB MIXX Conference and Expo, sono stati presentati gli Adobe Flash Platform Services for Distribution, che altro non sono che nuovi servizi on line per offrire nuovi modelli di sviluppo per developers, più efficienti e più economici. Questi dovrebbero essere basati su una tecnologia in grado di ospitare al suo interno advertising per applicazioni dedicate.

Le novità principali in questa piattaforma, dovrebbero consistere in tool che consentano agli sviluppatori l’aggiunta di funzionalità collaborative nelle applicazioni, consentendo ad esempio di essere utilizzata in versione social su Facebook , o su MySpace o ancora sulla condivisione di iGoogle.
Così facendo, si da la possibilità di consentire agli sviluppatori Flash di inserire nei propri contenuti una connessione con molteplici inserzionisti, o produttori software, o ancora dei publisher indipendenti di contenuti multimediali: tutto questo a vantaggio dei ricavi economici e di popolarità. Tra le piattaforme compatibili incluse nel tool troviamo il nuovissimo melafonino Apple iPhone, i dispositivi con Symbian S60 e la compatibilità per Windows Mobile 6.5.

Il riconoscimento dei dispositivi mobili viene effettuato tramite un SMS ricevuto da Adobe, che contiene un link al servizio Distribution che permette il riconoscimento del dispositivo e la consecutiva installazione della versione dedicata dell’applicativo.
Gli sviluppatori, hanno inoltre accesso ad uno strumento che si chiama Distribution Manager Application, che include un Media Analytics per i propri prodotti.

Una svolta in ambito di social network, dovuta (secondo i rumors), soprattutto al continuo aumentare di richieste di accesso a videgames ed applicazioni che si trovano sui social network. In effetti, le applicazioni ed i giochi continuano a crescere a dismisura, e buona parte di queste le potete osservare e commentare su IoChatto.com.
