Sembrerà strano ma per rilanciare un settore che viene visto in crisi, da Napoli arriva una novità assoluta nel campo dei social network. Parliamo di una rete sociale dedicata al mondo dei pizzaioli. Basandosi sulle nuove tecnologie, infatti, tutti gli amanti degli impasti come pizzaioli, pasticcieri e panettieri potranno contattarsi e scambiarsi utili informazioni sul social network a loro dedicato: Farina TV.

L’idea nasce come una televisione tutta per loro, un sito dove ci si può scambiare ricette e metodi di preparazione. L’idea nasce proprio come dicevamo, da Napoli, dove tutti i maestri che lavorano al Molino Caputo con l’arte imparata sin dal 1924 si sono riuniti per portare in chiave tecnologica tutta la tradizione della produzione con la farina, la cosiddetta arte bianca.

Infatti, seppur il social network nasce come dedicato ai pizzaioli e panettieri in generale, la registrazione gratuita può essere fatta da chiunque che potrà commentare i video esistenti o proporne di nuovi, o ancora realizzare il proprio profilo e discutere di svariati argomenti a tema sul forum.

E’ stato già definito dalla stampa locale un social food network, una grande cucina virtuale dove chi è del mestiere insegna e si confronta con altri professionisti.
