Facebook: Sky contro il jailbreak

Volontà di preservare i copyright e di sconfiggere la pirateria online. E’ su queste basi che in queste ore, direttamente dal social network Facebook, prendiamo atto della volontà di una piattaforma come Sky, che ha lanciato da poco l’applicazione Sky Go, sia per i dispositivi Apple, sia per quelli che sono caratterizzati dal sistema operativo Android.

Ecco, nel dettaglio, quanto è stato comunicato dal brand, sulla pagina Facebook della divisione italiana:

“Per tutti i nostri abbonati che ci seguono in mobilità: dalle prossime settimane i dispositivi iPhone e iPad modificati attraverso attività di jailbreak e tablet Samsung modificati attraverso attività di rooting non potranno più ricevere i contenuti di Sky Go, ad eccezione di Sky TG24 e Sky TG24 EVENTI. E’ necessario per tutelare il valore dell’abbonamento dei nostri clienti e, al tempo stesso, perché abbiamo l’obbligo di proteggere i contenuti trasmessi”.
