Facebook: una tra le principali cause di divorzio secondo gli avvocati degli US

Da quando Facebook ha fatto la sua comparsa sul web nulla (purtroppo o per fortuna) è stato più come prima, relazioni amorose incluse tra cui, in primis, sembrano spiccare i matrimoni, almeno secondo quanto stimato e dichiarato dagli avvocati statunitensi.

Infatti, sulla base delle più recenti indagini condotte negli US, sebbene la percentuale dei divorzi negli Stati Uniti, almeno per quanto concerne gli ultimi anni, sia rimasta sostanzialmente invariata, avvocati americani e numerosi studiosi sono concordi nell’affermare che Facebook, il tanto amato social network, va senz’altro a configurarsi come una delle principali cause, scatenanti o aggravanti, dei problemi in un rapporto di coppia e, nello specifico, della vita matrimoniale, seguito poi da MySpace, con una percentuale pari al 15%, e Twitter, al 5%.

Facebook, infatti, proprio per il suo essere mirante alla condivisione di un enorme quantitativo di contenuti, permette di attingere ad innumerevoli informazioni, ovviamente se rese reperibili dagli utenti, grazie alle quali, negli ultimi anni, sempre più individui sono potuti venire a capo di eventuali tradimenti, ma ovviamente non solo, da parte del partner, accertati, in particolar modo, dalla presenza di foto che, secondo gli avvocati americani, costituiscono una fonte particolarmente ricca di prove schiaccianti mediante cui mandare avanti cause di divorzio.

Tuttavia, le foto presenti su Facebook ma, in linea ben più generale, i dati da esso reperibili, non costituiscono soltanto un valido sistema mediante cui ricercare e provare l’infedeltà del proprio partner ma anche un ottimo strumento mediante cui ottenere l’affidamento dei propri figli grazie alla presenza delle inconfutabili prove che testimoniano la scarsa rettitudine del compagno o della compagna.

Sulla base di tali informazioni un portavoce di Facebook è però prontamente intervenuto dichiarando che è assurdo considerare quest’ultimo come input dei divorzi trattandosi di una risorsa che fa la sua comparsa sul web per il mero scopo di condividere e comunicare, per cui non è il social network numero uno ad essere il problema quanto piuttosto l’utilizzo che ne fanno gli individui.
