Facebook, ora il valore del social network è di 103 miliardi di dollari

In vista dell’avvicinamento della quotazione pubblica sul mercato azionario il valore delle azioni di Facebook, dopo qualche incertezza, è tornato al di sopra dei 100 miliardi di dollari, un dato questo che indica chiaramente come, nonostante le controversie dell’ultimo periodo definite dallo stesso team del rinomato social network in blu come critiche (basti infatti pensare alle problematiche insorte con il portafoglio brevettuale di Yahoo!), Mark Zuckerberg ed il suo team siano oramai più che pronti all’IPO già annunciata da qualche tempo a questa parte.

Facebook, infatti, è stata sospesa dalle quotazioni sul mercato privato e nel corso dell’ultima seduta il valore delle azioni è andato ben oltre i 44 dollari proiettando così il valore complessivo dell’azienda a ben 103 miliardi di dollari (102,8 miliardi di dollari per essere più precisi), cifra con la quale Zuckerberg si presenterà a Wall Street nella speranza di poter trovare capitali mediante cui finanziare il suo progetto partito come semplice esperimento e diventato poi parte integrante della vita di uno straordinario quantitativo di utenti, sia appassionati esploratori della grande rete che non.

Tenendo conto dei dati in questione, forniti nel coso delle ultime ore da SharesPost e SecondMarket, la quotazione di Facebook potrebbe permettere l’apertura delle contrazioni entro la fine di maggio dell’anno corrente.

Un ultimo ostacolo, tuttavia, potrebbe essere costituito dalle sopracitate problematiche facenti riferimento a Yahoo! (ed a tal proposito la vittoria legale potrebbe avere un impatto estremamente positivo sui conti!) così come anche le grane insorte con Paul Ceglia che, a tal proposito, ha dichiarato di essere un azionista di maggioranza sulla base di un contratto stipulato con Mark Zuckerberg nell’oramai lontano 2003 e che tanto il team quanto i legali di Facebook hanno ritengono falso.

A questo punto non resta altro da fare se non attendere ancora per poco così da poter conoscere con certezza il futuro di Facebook a Wall Street.
