Facebook: oltre 6000 inviano una lettera a Napolitano

Ora Facebook si muove in favore di Eluana, la povera ragazza che da 17 anni lotta con la vita attaccata alle macchine, oltre 6000 utenti del noto social network non approvano la sentenza di Cassazione che permetterebbe l’interruzione dell’alimentazione delle macchine in modo forzato. Fermiamo il decreto last minute del governo. Questo lo slogan dell’iniziativa a cui stanno aderendo sempre più persone. Un metodo più veloce ed incidente per far sentire la propria voce ed il proprio parere. Che farà Napolitano?

Ecco la lettera:

Caro Presidente Napolitano,
nonostante i suoi recenti richiami alla moderazione riguardo all’uso dei decreti legge, apprendo con ansia il comunicato del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri, col quale annuncia un provvedimento sotto forma di decreto legge, appunto, d’urgenza in materia di testamento biologico, volto chiaramente a bloccare l’esecuzione della sentenza della Corte di Cassazione, riguardo il caso della Sig.ra Englaro.

Mi chiedo se il Governo si renda conto che tale decretazione è in contrasto con l’art. 77 della Costituzione, vista l’indimostrabile natura di “straordinaria urgenza” e con l’art. 101 poiché si configura come una vera e propria censura politica di una sentenza definitiva, minando la base elementare di uno stato di diritto, la divisione dei poteri.

Scrivo a lei che è il Garante della nostra Costituzione, a lei che saprà di certo vigilare sulla deriva meramente decisionista di provvedimenti di questo tipo e preservare il potere legislativo del Parlamento, l’unico organo delegato dal popolo per rappresentarlo, cui spetta la sovranità della Repubblica.

Speriamo che il Presidente della Repubblica compia la scelta più saggia e giusta, in questo mondo e realtà nel quale non si è deciso pienamente cosa fare e come comportarsi nei riguardi dell’eutanasia. Speriamo in bene.
