Facebook Latino

Ogni giorno una nuova stranezza, chicca oppure qualcosa in contro tendenza per il social network più famoso al mondo: Facebook. Questa volta sembra proprio che lo staff di Facebook abbia cercato di esagerare, e ci sia pure riuscito. Come ben si sa, per l’espansione nel mondo, i ragazzi di Mark Zuckerberg, hanno sempre lottato per l’espansione linguistica del social network in ambiti e realtà diverse. Questa “mania” di aggiungere lingue, anche coinvolgendo gli utenti di mezzo mondo, ha fatto si che la nota rete sociale fosse disponibile all’utenza in ben 69 lingue “parlate”.
Lo specificare il parlate, risale all’ultima novità, quella che ha permessso a Facebook di diventare disponibile in ben 70 lingue, anche se non tutte proprio “vive”. L’ultima lingua aggiunta sembra essere proprio una lingua che seppur ancora insegnata nelle scuole e nei licei classici, per strada non sembra che si parli più. Questa “nuova” lingua è il Latino. Con una nuova localizzazione infatti, Facebook, tenta di accaparrarsi tutto il mercato degli studenti che passano quotidianamente un tot di ore interessante davanti al computer, senza dedicarsi allo studio di questa lingua per motivi accademici. Adesso, con questa mossa, lo staff di Zuckerberg ha “promesso” due nuovi risultati. Il suo incremento nelle visite, ma d’altro canto i vantaggi per gli studenti utilizzatori accaniti del social network di ripetere le nozioni di Latino, di conseguenza non sottraendo proprio tutta l’attenzione dallo studio.

Tra i critici ed i rumors mondiali, sembra che l’idea abbia generato già molte discussioni. Ci sono molti docenti a favore, ed altrettanti a sfavore. Sicuramente il binomio tecnologia e classicismo risulta qualcosa di innovativo che solo uno staff alternativo come quello di Facebook poteva rendere possibile.

Staremo a vedere le reazioni che susciterà non solo negli esperti e nei docenti, ma tanto più negli alunni che dovranno scegliere se confrontarsi con il Latino o non dare importanza a ciò e continuare ad utilizzare la loro lingua nativa.
