Facebook: Fluid Social, consigli sugli acquisti on-line

Avete fatto dei recenti acquisti? Vi sono piaciuti i prodotti da voi comprati? Hanno sodisfatto le vostre richieste? Cosa consigliereste per migliorarli? Queste sono le domande che tutte le aziende del mondo vorrebbero fare ad ogni privato che acquista un suo prodotto o che usufruisce di un suo servizio. Il canale migliore per essere informati è rappresentato dai social network dove raggiungere la “massa” è molto più facile e dove fare domande è più facile che mai. In questa prospettiva è nato Fluid Social, un servizio che aiuterà gli utenti Facebook a conoscere il parere dei propri amici riguardo all’ultima cosa da loro comprata. Un vero e proprio scambio di consigli tra conoscenti, ma chi ci nega la possibilità che tutte queste informazioni vengano direttamente recapitate alle aziende, che la società Fluid aiuta, per la relativa commercializzazione on-line?

Ecco come funziona Social Fluid:

  • Per i siti di vendita al dettaglio consente agli utenti di commentare su prodotti specifici, grazie ai commenti comunicabili attraverso l’utilizzo del Facebook Connect, e conoscere meglio i gusti e le preferenze dei propri amici. Questi sono suddivisi in schede sotto il nome del prodotto ( “Share”, “Say My Friends” e “My Friends Like”).
  • Gli utenti autorizzano il sito che rivende al dettaglio l’installazione del programma implementando il Facebook connect. Nella maggior parte dei casi, l’applicazione può consentire agli utenti di aggiornare i loro messaggi di stato o di pubblicare le notizie circa il rivenditore di prodotti nel loro News Feed.
  • Facebook consente agli utenti che installano l’applicazione personalizzata di acquistare un prodotto o invitare amici a lasciare un commento sul prodotto su Facebook. Con altre implementazioni sarà possibile inviare alle persone delle e-mail e invitare i loro amici a chattare circa il prodotto sul sito web del venditore.

Una vera e propria attenta analisi da parte delle aziende completamente gratis. Che ne dite?
