Facebook scopre un tra(ns)dimento

Lui, lei e l’altra. Uno scenario molto cinematografico per narrare la storia che vede come protagonisti Facebook, il social network per eccellenza, ed una donna molto gelosa e soprattutto sospettosa del proprio marito.

La voglia di scovare qualcosa nel passato del proprio marito, l’ha spinta a crearsi un profilo sulla versione americana di Facebook. Il profilo creato aveva tutti i dati del marito, ed infatti lei da li si è spacciata per il “povero” marito cercando di recuperare i rapporti con i suoi vecchi amici, oltre che i conoscenti e le vecchie fiamme dell’uomo.

Da qui, molti contatti ne sono venuti fuori che parlavano del passato dell’uomo, ma una rivelazione shock l’ha completamente distrutta. Ha scoperto che il marito in passato faceva parte di una comitiva che faceva uso di droghe e che più di qualche volta lo stesso ha ceduto, ma oltre a questo è anche venuta a scoprire che in occasione di un addio al celibato il suo sposo, ha partecipato ad un incontro di sesso in tre con un transessuale. E questo è accaduto quando loro erano già sposati.

Con questa scoperta, la donna ha subito chiesto il divorzio ed il marito per difendersi ha immediatamente fatto richiesta all’Aidacon di tutelarlo. L’Aidacon (Associazione di tutela dei consumatori), ha subito cercato di avviare un processo nei confronti della moglie e di Facebook. Secondo l’Aidacon, infatti: “ll caso di specie rappresenta una grave violazione della privacy, aggravata dal fatto che un soggetto ha dolosamente creato un profilo utente di altra persona per sostituirsi ad essa ed entrare nella sfera personale più intima“.

Oltre a questo l’accusa vuole che Facebook si sia “rivelato troppo vulnerabile e privo di adeguate barriere di sicurezza volte a garantire i propri utenti”. Da questo ci si aspetta un cospiquo risarcimento oltre alla verifica delle regole più dure di Facebook.
