Facebook per il business: applicazioni (parte 3)

L’excursus sulle applicazioni di Facebook per incrementare il nostro business, continua verso un’altra realtà, legata sempre al mondo delle fan page, che di recente stanno prendendo veramente un sopravvento molto forte sui profili, probabilmente, sempre legate al fatto che il profilo porta con se una limitazione oggettiva dei 5.000 amici massimi in totale. Per questo motivo, si opta per le pagine fan.

 

Anche se con la nuova aggiunta della time line a Facebook, di cui vi abbiamo parlato qualche tempo fa, si potrebbe personalizzare notevolmente la fan page, purtroppo, questa funzionalità non è stata estesa ancora alle fan page, ma è limitata attualmente solo ai profili (e nemmeno a quelli, visto che la data del 25 Ottobre 2011 come scadenza per la conversione dei profili non è stata rispettata da Facebook che ancora non mostra i profili con le time line).

 

Ma proseguiamo nell’esplorazione guardando una applicazione simpatica che ci può tornare utile, che prende il nome di Contest for Fan Page.
Questa applicazione è stata definita dai guru del Social Media Marketing, come una di quelle indispensabili e assolutamente da tenere a portata di click per chi volesse accrescere notevolmente la popolarità del proprio brand. Ovviamente, oltre all’applicazione, c’è bisogno però di una interessante proprietà di fantasia per sfruttarla.

 

In pratica l’applicazione Contest for Fan Page, ci mette a contatto con un enorme numero di potenziali fans per un passaparola di quelli capillari. Attraverso la realizzazione di un contest, con pochi click, si potrà quindi andare a realizzare un concorso con pochissimi click per far siche i propri fans ed i visitatori, partecipando, riescano a vincere un premio finale. L’applicazione ha circa 30.000 utenti giornalieri attivi, ed oltre 600.000 utenti mensili che organizzano contest da ogni parte del globo. Ovviamente i più gettonati (anche perché necessitano di minore fantasia progettuale), sono quelli che trattano di grafica, di foto e di video. Sbizzarritevi anche voi.
