Negli ultimi giorni, su Facebook, così come avranno avuto modo di notare buona parte degli appassionati utilizzatori del social network in blu, sono state bloccate, sia totalmente che parzialmente, molteplici applicazioni conseguenzialmente alle modifiche apportate al sistema di monitoraggio automatico della piattaforma.

Tale situazione, ovviamente, ha creato non poco scompiglio tra gli sviluppatori che, sempre più allarmati, si sono poi rivolti tanto allo stesso team di Facebook quanto all’intero web sottolineando la problematica insorta e, ovviamente, cercando anche una spiegazione plausibile.

Parecchi degli sviluppatori che, tutto d’un tratto, hanno visto catalogare automaticamente le proprie app come spam, ritengono infatti che i nuovi criteri di monitoraggio automatico della piattaforma siano eccessivi e che molte delle applicazioni siano state soggette al processo di disabilitazione in maniera erronea.

In seguito alle lamentele e ai controlli apportati, soltanto da alcune ore e per alcune app, la vicenda ha avuto un epilogo positivo.

L’utilizzo di parecchie delle applicazioni coinvolte nel processo di blocco è stato ripristinato ma molte altre, invece, risultano tutt’ora bloccate o non utilizzabili correttamente.

Le modifiche apportate da Facebook, per quanto nobili possa essere nei confronti dei suoi iscritti, implicano però in modo inevitabile, un grave danno per tutte quelle applicazioni che, giornalmente, potevano contare su ampio numero di utenti impegnati nel loro utilizzo e che, improvvisamente, sono state obbligatoriamente accantonate.

Gran parte degli sviluppatori, inoltre, a loro volta, hanno ricevuto molteplici lamentele da parte di tutti quegli utenti che, improvvisamente e senza motivo, non hanno più avuto modo di servirsi delle app preferite.

Tra le applicazioni di maggior rilievo che, al momento, risultano soggette al processo di chiusura vi sono  Photo Effect, Social Interview e Good Reads.

Alcuni degli sviluppatori coinvolti in tale questione hanno inoltre dichiarato che, in tal modo, Facebook sta perdendo affidabilità e che d’ora in avanti andrà a configurarsi solo come un valido strumento mediante cui acquisire, ma non gestire, traffico d’utenza.
