Stando a quanto reso noto da Mark Zuckerberg durante una recente intervista a TechCrunch il numero di utenti iscritti a Facebook che ogni mese si servono del ben noto social network giocare con quelli che sono i propri games preferiti sarebbero ben 235 milioni.

Si tratta di un dato di particolare rilevanza che mette fortemente in evidenza il fatto che Facebook sta diventando ogni giorno di più non soltanto un mezzo mediante cui fare nuove conoscenze e restare in contatti con gli altri utenti ma anche uno strumento grazie al quale giocare esattamente così come permesso da numerose consolle (come ad esempio l’Xbox di Microsoft), il tutto, ovviamente, sempre in salsa social.

Nel dettaglio Mark Zuckerberg ha dichiarato che Zynga, che negli ultimi tempi è alle prese con prezzi delle azioni in calo e dirigenti in partenza, stava perdendo quote di mercato, ma che altre società di gioco stavano e stanno per prendere il suo posto.

Nello specifico Mark Zuckerberg ha fatto riferimento a Bulletin e King.com che, appunto, sembrano promettere davvero molto bene, evidentedimostrazione del fatto che Facebook è un ottimo mezzo per accrescere e promuovere i social game.

La già favorevole situazione gaming è inoltre destinata a migliorare ancor di più nel corso dei prossimi mesi considerando il recente lancio del Facebook App Center ed essendo anche un’ottima vetrina per gli sviluppatori i contenuti in esso presenti andranno ad ampliarsi sempre di più nel giro di breve tempo.

Mark Zuckerberg, quindi, dopo aver dichiarato le sue intenzioni di realizzare un motore di ricerca, quella di voler rendere disponibile un’app migliore per device mobile basati su Android e dopo aver dichiarato che il numero di utenti che sono soliti connettersi in mobilità è sempre più in aumento la notizia facente riferimento al versante giochi è senza alcun dubbio estremamente positiva.
