Dopo Buzz arriva Aardvark

Non abbiamo nemmeno cominciato a parlare di Buzz, il nuovo social network di Google che già siamo a contatto con un nuovo nome: Aardvark. Big G ha annunciato l’acquisizione di questa community basata sui quesiti. Qualcosa di particolare, in pratica gli utenti iscritti possono postare delle domande oppure rispondere ai questiti già esistenti. Non si conosce ancora l’utilizzo di questa comunità, cioè se verrà integrata in Buzz oppure continuerà a correre come mezzo a se stante.

 
Probabilmente, sarà integrata nel social network targato Google una funzione relativa al sito stesso. Il servizio comunque, come Yahoo! Answer, viene definito social oriented perchè vive dell’interazione tra gli utenti.

 

Per ogni singolo iscritto è possibile visualizzare statistiche e soprattutto report per le risposte esatte o per le risposte sbagliate. Infine, il contatto tra chi propone la domanda e la risposta può avvenire sia via board pubblica che via instant messaging. Inoltre, al servizio sono già legate le condivisioni con Twitter e Facebook.

 
L’acquisizione è costata circa 50 milioni di dollari, ma è servita soprattutto per una confluenza di utenti pre esistenti nel suo nuovo social network Buzz.
