Cristiano Ronaldo: cancellato il gruppo Facebook non ufficiale

Oggi è proprio tema di cancellazioni per noi di Iochatto. Altra notizia che ci perviene è l’eliminazione del gruppo non ufficiale di Cristiano Ronaldo su Facebook. L’amministratore era riuscito a far aderire ben 2.850.000 fan e ora, di tutto questo, non ne rimane più nulla. Facebook si è dimostrato anche questa volta un estremo difensore dei marchi ufficiali. Inizialmente sembrava che tra i legali del noto giocatore e l’amministratore stesso del gruppo ci fossero buoni accordi, ma a chiudere il tutto è stato il social network.

Ecco la versione della lettera inviata all’amministratore:

Dear [Profile Owner’s Name],

Your Job with the page of CR is impressive, congratulations. We are developing a strategy with CR in the web and Facebook will obviously be one way. We hope that we can launch all the official pages already this year. We could cooperate in the future with this but I’ll contact you in the future with further information. Your knowledge and past would be very interested for us.

Regarding all the situations that you are putting, being a fans page, you can sell the advertising space to any company that you want. Being an official page, we can only ad Cristiano´s official sponsors. Please remember to always refer the person that owns the images and videos and that you keep as unofficial page.

In poche parole: vogliamo solo pagine ufficiali e non ci interessa il tuo lavoro fatto tutt’ora, smamma! Ma perchè giungere a tali risoluzioni quando bastava anche solamente effettuare un trasferimento di proprietà, senza che alcuno ci rimettesse?

Molti parlano di facebook come community che vuole mettere tante persone in comunicazione, questo è vero, ma sempre e solo nell’ottica del proprio guadagno ed interesse.

Riusciranno i nuovi sviluppatori a creare la pagina ufficiale altrettanto interessante ed interattiva? Lo vedremo. Quello che sicuramente saranno capaci di fare sarà riempire il tutto degli adeguati banner pubblicitari degli sponsor del giocatore.
