Facebook: come trovare gli utenti nascosti dietro un falso account

Ognuno usa Facebook a modo suo. C’è chi utilizza il social network per fare nuove amicizie, per condividere idee e contenuti, e volentieri “ci mette la faccia”. Ma c’è anche chi invece preferisce esserci in maniera del tutto anonima, servendosi di un account fasullo, con un nome di fantasia, magari utilizzando l’avatar di un personaggio famoso o di un eroe dei fumetti. Però questi espedienti, che servono a garantire la privacy degli iscritti a Facebook non funzionano, e per scoprire gli utenti nascosti dietro dati fittizi basta questo semplice trucchetto.

Le impostazioni di sicurezza di Facebook, in realtà non sono così sicure perché ogni account è sempre associato a un indirizzo email a cui possiamo risalire facilmente, e scoprire così l’identità reale che si nasconde dietro un account falso. E questo discorso vale anche quando i dati dell’account contenuti nel campo informazioni non sono visibili agli amici.

Facciamo un esempio: ipotizziamo di voler scoprire se un nostro amico (magari l’ex fidanzato) si è iscritto a Facebook sotto falso nome. Per farlo è sufficiente inserire il suo indirizzo email nel box di ricerca, e Facebook ci dirà subito se e quanti account sono associati a quell’email, anche se l’indirizzo email di lui è privato. Questi dati, infatti, sono sempre reperibili a meno che non impostiamo i livelli di privacy manualmente, anziché mantenere quelli predefiniti.

Facciamo adesso un altro esempio, ma stavolta immaginiamo di essere noi a volerci nascondere dietro un falso account. Purtroppo non possiamo diventare invisibili, però Facebook ci consente di aumentare il livello di privacy e limitare l’accesso al nostro indirizzo email solo ai nostri amici, bloccando questa informazione a chi non è tra i nostri contatti.

Per aumentare la privacy fate così:
Andate su Impostazioni sulla privacy. Selezionate Connessione da parte tua e cliccate su Modifica impostazioni.

A questo punto il sistema vi farà la seguente domanda: “Chi può cercarti utilizzando l’indirizzo e-mail o il numero di telefono che hai fornito?”

Come risposta scegliete Amici e il gioco è fatto.

Come potete vedere Facebook non offre certo un sistema di sicurezza a prova di bomba, ma se ci tenete al vostro anonimato, questa per ora è la sola via da percorrere.
