Come cancellare i tweet

Cancellare uno o più post su Facebook, lo abbiamo visto, è molto semplice. La stessa esigenza potrebbe però essere avvertita anche su Twitter.In alcune circostanze, infatti, potresti desiderare di cancellare i tweet che hai pubblicato.

Anche in questo si tratta di un’operazione che può essere effettuata facilmente e nel giro di pochi minuti ma se proprio non sai dove mettere le mani puoi seguire l’apposito tutorial proposto di seguito.

  1. Accedi a Twitter immettendo il tuo nome utente e la tua password.
  2. Apri il tuo profilo Twitter cliccando sulla scheda Account posta nella parte in alto a sinistra della barra del social network.
  3. Individua il tweet che hai postato che desideri eliminare, portaci su il cursore del mouse e fai click sulla voce Elimina.
  4. Dalla finestra che andrà ad aprirsi (ad inizio post ne è disponibile uno screenshot d’esempio) clicca sul pulsante Elimina per confermare la rimozione del tweet.

Prima di procedere alla rimozione di un tweet sappi però che si tratta di un’operazione irreversibile. Tutti i tweet che elimini non potranno quindi essere recuperati in caso di ripensamenti. Per pubblicare un tweet che hai eliminato dovrai infatti scrivere e condividere nuovamente il tuo post.

Inoltre, pur essendo un’operazione abbastanza pratica cancellare i tweet pubblicati così come appena descritto può trasformarsi in una procedura tanto lunga quanto scocciante nel caso in cui i post da eliminare siano molti se non addirittura tutti.

In circostanze di questo tipo puoi ricorrere all’utilizzo di appositi servizi web come nel caso di TwitWipe. Si tratta di un interessante servizio online che previa immissione dei dati d’accesso al tuo account Twitter e previa conferma dell’esecuzione dell’operazione consente di eliminare senza fatica tutti i tweet pubblicati sino a questo momento.

Se invece vuoi eliminare più tweet contemporaneamente filtrandoli per hashtag o per data di condivisioni puoi utilizzare, rispettivamente, i servizi web TweetEraser e TweetDelete.
