Buone notizie per tutti gli appassionati di videogiochi, e in particolare per i fan del gioco strategico Civilization, ideato da Sid Meier: presto si potrà costruire il proprio impero anche su Facebook.

Civilization è un videogioco strategico di grande successo, tanto da dare inizio ad una serie arrivata oramai al quarto capitolo. Civilization IV è l’ultimo (per adesso) gioco della serie, ed è ambientato nel 4000 a.C. Il giocatore è un colono che deve fondare la prima città e costruire il suo impero. Da qui il gioco si sposta in avanti nel tempo, e il giocatore dovrà conquistare territori, migliorare le infrastrutture, e fare nuovi progressi tecnologici che porteranno, nel futuro, fino alla costruzione di una nave spaziale per colonizzare Alfa Centauri. Ma adesso si potrà giocare a Civilization anche su Facebook, grazie a un’applicazione chiamata The Civilization Network.

The Civilization Network permetterà di unire le vostre forze con gli amici di Facebook per creare un impero più potente, più ricco, e più avanzato sotto il profilo tecnologico. Sarà possibile coordinare la vostra strategia per vincere le grandi battaglie, e formare una lobby con tutti gli amici per formare il governo e vincere le elezioni cittadine, e così via.

L’integrazione con il social network permetterà di giocare quanto si vuole, e quando si vuole, senza limiti di tempo o di orari.
