I dubbi aziendali: blog o social network? (Parte 2)

Torniamo al nostro dubbio amletico: blog o social network per la mia azienda? Secondo le recenti statistiche rilasciate sull’ordine dei dati acquisiti da aziende, le imprese moderne e della Web Era, sono abituate a costruire tutta la propria reputazione sul Web, utilizzando più strumenti e di conseguenza non riepilogando il tutto in una sola realtà tecnica.

 

Questo step, si chiama multicanalità e l’immagine del brand, vista in multicanale, “In teoria”, sarebbe la soluzione ideale. La necessità di sottolineare l’aspetto (solo) teorico di questo costrutto, è dovuta al fatto che i singoli Social Media Manager, non possono pretendere di seguire tutti questi canali e farlo in maniera ottima non lasciando nulla a se stesso in ombra. L’alternativa, sarebbe quella di avere uno staff dedicato alla Social Reputation di circa 10-12 membri.
Per questo motivo, l’utilizzo di Facebook come nuovo alleato dell’azienda, e di Twitter come futuro alleato dell’azienda, sembra essere quasi d’obbligo per chi vuole aumentare i propri prodotti e soprattutto i propri contatti sociali.

 

L’indagine principale in questo contesto è stata prodotta dalla Brands & Social Media, che durante l’osservazione delle aziende sul fronte della comunicazione nei social media e nel web in generale, ha notato come il confronto tra vecchi metodi di social reputation (blog) e new social reputation (i social network) siano discordi a seconda del Paese di utilizzo. L’Italia, che risulta essere uno dei paesi fanalino di coda per l’utilizzo delle piattaforme Web, è ancora legato al mondo del blog. Indipendentemente dalla categoria di appartenenza del brand  cercato (che si tratti di cibo, banche o assicurazioni), l’idea di vedere un blog aperto, dove tutto è scritto senza necessità di registrazione e con commenti lunghi visibili sembra dare maggiore sicurezza. Anche se non ci si è resi ancora conto di quanto gli strumenti del Web 2.0, siano uguali ed allo stesso tempo più potenti di quelli vecchi, non ci resta che dire per l’Italia, Blog batte Social Network 1-0.

Today its the social networks and the mobile shareholders, ten years ago it was the search engines and ten years from now would be something else. The most difficult thing is exactly that, to know which fights are the critical ones.

    not good, but what if you added a post title that makes people desire more?

    a little vanilla. You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and note how they create article titles to grab viewers interested.

    You might add a video or a pic or two to grab
    people interested about what you’ve got to say.

    Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
