Guai per Billy Ballo: seduce una minorenne su Facebook e viene arrestato

La notizia è di quelle che a prima vista possono sembrare una bufala. Invece proprio in queste ore arriva la conferma da Il Corriere della Sera: l’attore comico Alessio Saro, 33 anni, molto amato dai giovani per la sua partecipazione ai finti trailer cinematografici della trasmissione Mai Dire Grande Fratello (sd esempio ne “L’uomo che usciva la gente”), è stato arrestato per stupro.

Il comico, più conosciuto con lo pseudonimo di Billy Ballo oppure con quello di Nick Malanno, è colpevole di aver adescato una 13enne su Facebook e di avere fatto sesso con lei. Il sesso sarebbe stato consensuale, ma l’accusa resta perchè la ragazzina non avrebbe ancora raggiuinto l’età del consenso di 14 anni, secondo la legge italiana. I due si sarebbero conosciuti tramite Facebook, si sarebbero scambiati email, telefonate, per poi vedersi e avere un rapporto sessuale completo. Quando la madre di lei lo ha scoperto, Alessio Saro avrebbe consigliato alla ragazza di mentire e di raccontare alla polizia di avere detto al comico di essere maggiorenne, ma i controlli su Facebook hanno permesso alle forze dell’ordine di arrivare alla verità.

Questo caso getta nuovamente un ombra sull’uso poco sicuro di Facebook e delle chat, dove una ragazzina può perdere la testa per un personaggio più o meno famoso e poi ritrovarsi in una situazione pericolosa.
