Dal primo rinnovo successivo al 3 aprile 2017, terminati i Giga della propria offerta, si potrà continuare a navigare fino al rinnovo successivo solo attivando un’offerta dati aggiuntiva più adatta alle esigenze del cliente.

I clienti TIM interessati da tale novità sono informati con una campagna comunicazionale mirata tramite:

  • SMS con invii personalizzati effettuati dal 15/02 fino al 24/02/2017;

  • IVR dedicato con la predisposizione del numero gratuito 409160, che ciascun cliente può chiamare per ascoltare le informazioni di dettaglio personalizzate sulle modifiche che riguardano la sua linea mobile;

  • WEB un’informativa dedicata presente nella sezione MyTIM Mobile del sito tim.it in cui sono presenti le informazioni di dettaglio personalizzate sulle modifiche che riguardano la sua linea mobile. Clicca qui per accedere direttamente a tale area.Servizio Clienti 119 in cui gli addetti alla risposta sono a disposizione per fornire tutte le informazioni di dettaglio personalizzate.
