Quante volte abbiamo desiderato di caricare gli stessi contenuti su molteplici social network lavorando in mobilità con il nostro smartphone? Sicuramente l’utilizzo delle funzioni di upload per singolo social network è stata migilorato nel tempo, ma è nata oggi la possibilità di fare upload multipli sui nostri account di social network grazie ad un solo servizio: Mobypicture. Stiamo parlando di un servizio particolare distribuito in doppia versione (sia desktop che per dispositivi mobile), che potrebbe essere utile a chi vive la propria socialità on-line tramite uno smartphone, ma vediamo come utilizzarlo. Per utilizzare Mobypicture per prima cosa è necessario iscriversi, e questa operazione è possibile sia sul computer desktop (all’indirizzo www.mobypicture.com), sia sul cellulare nella versione mobile del sito, sia dall’iPhone con la versione disponibile nell’AppStore. Una volta che ci siamo iscritti al sito, ci viene assegnato un indirizzo di posta con dominio “mobypicture.com”, dal quale è possibile inviare le foto che verranno uploadate automaticamente nel servizio di nostro interesse.
Molteplici sono le affiliazioni con il sito tra social network e piattaforme di blogging e tra le più note si evidenziano Jaiku, WordPress, Twitter, Blogger, Flickr. Inoltre è data la possibilità per ogni upload di attivare o disattivare un account specifico di pubblicazione, semplicemente indicando o rimuovendo username e password del servizio (opzione disponibile sia temporaneamente che definitivamente in caso di cancellazione dell’account). Le modalità di upload non sono limitate però solo alla e-mail, in effetti esistono anche altri due supporti di scambio che sono l’MMS e l’upload standard via Web, effettuato attraverso un form di caricamento file installabile su browser Web oppure installabile su browser del proprio dispositivo mobile a seguito di un aggiornamento. La versione per iPhone, è completamente indipendente e non necessita di requisiti. Un punto a favore dell’applicazione è la API messa a disposizione dai creatori, in modo tale che ogni programmatore può recuperarla e creare un’interfaccia personalizzata per ogni tipo di dispositivo a suo utilizzo. Questo è stato fatto semplicemente per aumentare la compatibilità di device ed ottimizzare le operazioni di upload e publishing.
